Carol and the rest of her team were fantastic! They were upfront and honest about everything. What Everlasting's role was in the adoption process, and helped us find resources when their role ended. They were very very accessible to us. If we texted or emailed with a question we would receive an answer back within the day but 9 times out of 10 they would respond within minutes.
