Evergreen Restoration is a company with Integrity. Mrs*** home was the most unique project we have ever done. When my estimator went out to do the initial inspection to the *** home he took photos of preexisting damage. I will be attaching these to photos with a
report I’m sorry that Mrs*** has all these preexisting items her homeThe reason we offed her a $appearance allowance is due to the poor and disorderly conditions inside the home I do not feel comfortable sending my crew back into a home that has challenging items due to preexisting damage, that the customer is blaming Evergreen Restoration. This is very clear in the photos that I am attaching Sincerely Dianna S***
I would like to start off saying I am extremely sorry that the *** don’t feel like they were communicated with properly. On November 7, 2016, I signed a contract with Evergreen Restoration to provide services to my home after a flood had caused damages to the floors, ceiling and wallsThe
Manager, Wade B*** won us over with the promise of a website that would be continually updated -this never happened. The vents were full of unclean water for several months until we have an HVAC team come out and drain themWe contacted the Carpet company, the floor company to arrange for the floors to be done, and cancelled to one schedule that Evergreen did do - which is to have white carpets installed before the walls, wooden floors or painting had even begunWe rescheduled this until after that work had been completedWe were told by the contracted carpenter that the howas waiting for an electrician. My wife contacted the electrician and they said they hadn't received payment for the first portion of work that I had paid in full to Evergreen three months earlierI spoke with Mrs*** and explained to her that the invoice was not sent over to the billing department. That is why the bill was not paidWe spent nine months in a camper with our pets, not knowing where we were at with the progressDespite several calls, voicemails and messages left with the receptionist, no return calls were givenMy wife called and arranged for all the contractors or we would still be in the camperEvergreen charged 10% of the contractors fee, for what? We made the arrangements and ensured that they were paidI don't think the Manager has a working knowledge of restoration and would truly not want anyone else to go through this type of frustrationWe understand time limitations and that things come up but to be uniformed, neglected and basically forgotten is unacceptableI will also be contacting our insurance company to let them know what type of company they are contracting their insurers with.In May of I explained to Mrs*** the acting Operation manager was no longer working with Evergreen Restoration, and that is why some of the communication problems happened with this claim. I fully understand this is not no excuses for poor communicationDuring this transition, we changed scheduling programs as wellSeptember 1, 2017, I contacted Mr*** and apologized for the lack of communicationI also explained to him that Wade B*** has been in the hospital since July 11thDue to heart conditions. I told him I would be working on completing his file and schedule an appointment with him and his wife in the next couple weeks
