Thank you very much for contacting me with this complaint. [redacted] was a key person in the organization. He handled sales contracts. After contracting with the [redacted], he left our organization and moved back to Washington. He will not return calls or respond to e-mails. I talked with the [redacted]...

and found out that their installation had not been processed. My installer and I began to work on this immediately. We submitted their installation design to the rebate office at [redacted] and we are waiting for their approval. Once approved, the installation will begin and completed right away. The [redacted] understand this and I believe are agreeable to the process. They have my personal phone number if they have any questions. Thanks, again.[redacted]
