This mower was repaired on July 2016, I notified him many times about picking it up, and he did not do so.February of I removed the new parts that I had installed to repair the mower, as I need the space and was going to give the mower to the scrap yard guy when he comes.I still have his complete mower with the original removed parts that I had replaced. He is more than welcome to get it as I had told him on the phone, at no charge.I’m not re-repairing it as he will find something else to complain about.I have notices by the counter stating “All items left over days will be sold for the repair bill, over days will incur a $a day storage fee”This mower was built in year ( per serial number on the engine) a year old mower, new price around $as it’s a low end mower; which does not even mater as I still have it, and he need to get it.He is now harassing me with bad reviews, and wanting a new mower. His claim is full of lies, he stated purchased it 9/13/and I had repaired it on 7/20/so that means he brought it in for repair before purchasing it new.His quote of “This is a family heirloom a precious lawn mower used by my family for generations” does not make sense of purchase date. Also if it was that new it would be still under the manufacturer warranty. He also did not pay a $for it, and now only want $to settle on his claimed month old mower, if he really paid that much and it was that new he would claim a $for replacement. And why would I scrap out a new mower?Don’t know what else to say about him, never had a problem with anyone else like this.Garry V [redacted]
