This companies customer service, truck driver and management is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I would not recommend their service to anyone. Damage was done to our rim during a basic flat tire tow and even though there were 2 separate witnesses to this event they will not take responsibility for this. To save yourself a headache, please do not use them! If [redacted] sends them to you, refuse their service and [redacted] will send another company. A professional company!
