Garbage not picked up, not the first time. Lorna the office manager says the garbage man says he tipped can but garbage didn't come out. I don't see any issue that would cause a problem. Lorna says I can pay 13.10 to have them come back out or wait till next service date and leave the garbage in bags at no charge. If this was the first time they had not picked up my garbage, or I saw anything obstructing the garbage from coming out, that's one thing, but this is not the cas, he simply did not pick up my garbage.
