Evergreen at Hickory Valley

I was a resident of Evergreen at Hickory Valley from May 2019-June 2020. Before the end of my lease, I spoke with the leasing manager who confirmed in an email that my rent for the month of June would be $73.33 instead of the usual $1100. I moved out June 2nd, and on June 4th I paid my rent online as I was instructed to. However, I was charged $1,193. I assumed that this was including the previous month's rent, but when I checked my records, I had already paid that. I called the leasing manager immediately and asked what to do. She said that I would receive a check in the mail for the $1120 that had been overcharged to my account. As of July 25, I have still not received this check, even though I have been in contact with the leasing manager who promised that it would be mailed. In trying to resolve this issue, I made around 30 calls to the leasing office, none of which were answered. I have emailed repeatedly with the leasing manager, who claims that the check has been sent. I would like to know if I'm ever going to receive my refund and why I haven't gotten it in a timely manner.
