To Who it may concern, This is Matt S [redacted] Service Manager at Everett Powersports responding to Mr [redacted] ***complaint ID number [redacted] [redacted] dropped of his motorcycle on 4/30/for with noappointment for an oil change, concerns about his battery and multiple inoperable lights including theheadlightWe worked his motorcycle into the schedule performed an oil change, charged and tested hisbattery at no charge and put an hour worth of time into fixing [redacted] damaged wire harnessOne thing [redacted] left out of his statement is that his motorcycle has been in an accident and has extensive damageincluding a broken headlight and damaged wire harness and instead of replacing the wire harness whichis an expensive repair [redacted] wanted to have us repair as much of the crash damaged wire harness wecould In the hour of time he was willing to pay for instead of replacing the crash damaged parts withnew undamaged itemsIn the hours time [redacted] authorized the technician was able to repair all but onelight as stated on the repair orderAttached will be a copy of the original repair order and a copy of themechanic's notes on that day which you will see the other recommended repairs that [redacted] refused.Unfortunately we never heard from [redacted] after we performed the repairs that day until nowWealways try to address all of our customer concerns as you can easily see be our google reviewsIf [redacted] **had contacted us we would have immediately addressed his concerns and made sure all of our work wascorrectPlease let me know if any more information is needed as I will be happy to provide you with it Matt S [redacted] Everett PowersportsSW Everett Mall Way98204425-7-
