In response to complaint number *** filled on 5/16/2017, we received a call to give an estimate to repair a digitizer (glass) on *** ***, customer never mentioned it was *** *** that needs to change the LCD with the front glass and that’s make the price of the part very different, we
close at 7pm the customer show up at closing time so we can’t have enough time to check the model of the *** and we gives him the ticket receipt with $to pay when the *** is done, the next day when we opened we find out that the *** *** was a *** *** and the part for this *** cost $we were looking for better price all Monday and for the original part it’s always around $so we decide to contact the customer and told him what happen and we ask him to pay just for the part because when he called he did not tell us it was a *** *** and because all *** *** looks the same, his response was very bad when he called me a liar and much more, and he said he is taking his *** back I told him he can have it anytime, when he show up to our store our policy is to provide the ticket receipt to pick up the item or a State ID in case he lost the ticket, he provided college ID that we never seen before and we told him we can’t give his the *** without a vaid ID he called the police when the police arrived we were told by the police to give him his *** and the officer will be the witness of that
