Review: I ordered their product, which had money back guarantee, if you were dissatisfied with the product and it was within 90 days of the purchase. Their guarantee states the following - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 90 days of your purchase date and return the unused portion. You will receive a prompt refund of the product's purchase price.
I used the entire product and thus there was no unused portion to return. I advised them I had no unused portion to return, was dissatisfied with the product and would like to invoke the guarantee / refund. I was then advised by the company to then return the empty bottles in order to obtain the guarantee / refund. I advised I discarded the empty bottles and was told because of that, they would not provide the refund and sent me their guarantee disclosure. No where in the disclosure does it state - in the event that there is no unused portion that you must return the empty bottles to qualify for the guarantee.Desired Settlement: I want the guarantee invoked and my credit card refunded.
Review: Product is not effective as advertised. Will not respond to money back guarantee request. Request submitted timely with all required documentation and unused product included.Desired Settlement: Full refund as advertised.

The reason a refund was not issued is because our records indicate that the item was received after the 90 day money back guarantee period. However, seeing as the customer did contact us on July 22, 2015 for return instructions, and he was eligible for a full refund up until August 8, 2015, we figured a logistical error must have occurred with the return shipment causing a delay. As this is out of the customer's control, we have decided to issue him a full refund. We have spoken to the customer today to advise of the refund.
