Review: I took out a payday loan with this company sometime in late July early August. I sent them an email on September 21st to tell them I want to revoke my consent to debit my checking account due to closing my present checking account and reopening a new one due to a debit card theft. Which my payment that was debited September 13th was returned due to the debit card situation. I also called and spoke to [redacted] on September 26th about the situation and she told me withdraws have stopped and even sent me an email on processes when my new account gets set up, what I need to send them. On September 27th they withdrew 150 dollars. I called them and they claim that that was an automated debit due to the funds not clearing on September 13th. I then asked them again not to debit from that account since I was trying to close the account. She said that they will not withdraw anymore money. On October 2nd, they withdrew another 150 dollars. As a consumer it is my right to withdraw consent to automatic debit. I have withdrawn many many times but yet it doesn't happen. I need help please!Desired Settlement: I want the last 150 refunded back to that account so I can reopen a new account. I want all auto debuts to stop from that account and all future accounts. I will call Everest Cash Advance and settle this account

Review: I placed a loan with Everest for the first time 4/16/13 for $300.00. I was told one thing over the phone, but once it was time to pay off the loan they only took out $45 not the $345. I thought it will be withdrawn a complete total of the loan together with the fee. They never provided me with a copy of the terms and conditions. I had to call them a couple of times. Finally they emailed me what seemed to them a terms and agreement form. The rep I spoke with was very rude and the background noise was horrible. I asked her to please not charge me another fee of $45 to please withdraw the $300 from my bank so I can complete paying them back for the loan. The rep said they would but they will charge another fee of $45 with the $300 they loaned me. I was ok and had no choice to agree. Again in desperate needs I went back to them a got another loan for $300 6/4/13. I spoke with a rep before any confusions or errors occur with paying back the loan. I asked them to please withdraw the $300 plus loan fee all together on the due date. It turns out, they have withdrawn a total of $565.50 between 6/14/13 through 8/23/13. I hardly check my bank account, but today I saw a withdraw amount from Everest for $100.50 so I tried to go to their website to see my account and it turns out their page is not found and I tried calling their phone number and wrong number. I searched the web everywhere and I see messages stating Everest is not licensed to give loans. I also see many complaints for them. I want my money back and I need help getting a hold of them. I have with drawn starting 6/14 $90, 6/28 $90, 7/12 $90, 7/26 $90, 8/9 $105, 8/23 $100.50. Please help me.Desired Settlement: To have them stopped from withdrawing money from my account every 2 weeks. And to obtain my money back.

Review: I contacted Everest cashadvance around 3-16-13 online for a loan.I recieved a $300.00 loan shortly after.4-15-2013 I made my first payment then again on 4-29-2013 another on 5-13-2013 again5-27-2013 all $90.00 payments,I felt like they were lying to me about my loan so I asked for paper work be sent to me explaining they're charges,I never recieved anything in writing 2-17-2014 I not only received a phone call for my ex husbands wife but also recieved a call from a guy claiming to be with contra costa county investigators & demanding I pay $1206.00 or I would be arrested at my work for two counts of fraund.I was terrified & paid the money using my visa & my daughters,I later canceled & made a claim againsted the money because I believe I do not owe them that amount & I believe they are scaming me & harissing me for far more then I owe.I would like to resolve this sitution but I am now afraid of dealing with them on my ownDesired Settlement: Explantion of what I owe,I paid them $360.00 on a $300.00 loan & to stop calling, threating & harrassing me

Review: I received a cash advance from the company and they agreed to take the payment in full on the 26th of the month when I got paid. Paying back the full amount with an enormous interest fee. I agreed to this, they did not take the full amount, they took a payment and have been taking payments from my account for 2 years with huge interest charges. I have called on several occasions to get them to take the full amount, they say they have arranged it but it never happens and almost 2 years later I still owe them 333.00 on a 500.00 loan.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of everything taken except for the original agreed amt-500.00+280.00(finance charge). Bank records available for total amt taken.

Review: I had an agreement with the company for Everest to withdraw $30 each week from my account. Apparently they forgot to do so and "sent an email" to me. (I never saw this) and have now sent me to collections along with a LARGE interest charge. No one ever called me until the collection agency.Desired Settlement: take off all interest charges and withdraw collections

Review: I made the mistake of taking a payday loan from this company and midway through the repayment process they changed their practices from transferring payments from the account to using debit cards for payment. I received e-mails from them saying my payment was made when in fact they were not billing me. On Dec 2nd, I receive a phone call informing me they needed my debit card information. I declined at the time in order to allow me to call the company. When I contacted the company on the 6th, I was told I had to provide my debit card info in order to be transferred to someone to discuss the payments. Reluctantly I did. When I was transferred, the operator I spoke to could not answer a single question and eventually explained the balance on the loan was $1534. The initial loan was for $800 in September. Every question I had after that, he was unable to answer until a department/manager spoke to him, most likely on Monday. I knew this was a bad idea and I should have dealt with it in another manner, but this should not be legal.Desired Settlement: I will pay the original $800, but the fees incurred as a result of their changing practices should not be my problem.

Review: Company misguided me in terms of loan.Desired Settlement: company takes final payment of loan and considers loan payed in full.
