My (now) wife and I attempted to work with Madeline to plan our wedding We had a short time span due to scheduling conflicts, so her offer to help was greatly appreciated She even gave us a very generous discount Unfortunately, after weeks of no results on her end, and little or no response to our questions and emails, we brought our concerns to her She cited personal issues and workload, previously contracted client priority, and lack of communication on our part as the reason for our concerns, and offered us a full refund of our down payment After some discussion between my wife and I, we decided it was best to accept her offer When we sent word of our acceptance, she rescinded the refund because, according to her contract, she doesn't owe us anything, and she is protected She was unwilling to provide any proof that she did any work on our behalf for the money we had paid her I understand she has some great local reviews, but our experience was very negative Basically, we paid for nothing and endured added stress and conflict in an already busy time
