Review: Hello.
We bought a parking pass and tailgate package from Event USA for the game between the Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks in September 2015. We arrived 3 hours before the game and picked up our tickets at the Event USA office. We proceeded to the designated parking lot which was blocked off with a sign stating "lot full". We wondered how could this be? We had a ticket and were very early. We attempted to find a parking attendant but none were on site. We traveled 1500 miles for this game from Calgary, Canada and not being familiar with the area then had to find alternate parking a 15 minute walk away and pay again for parking. I have contacted Event USA for a refund which they have declined. They asked for me to mail the pass back but honestly when we left the rental car in Chicago I left it in the car as we obviously did not have a use for it. Why would I have kept it and taken it home with me?
I've contacted Event USA who have said again if I don't have the voucher I do not get a refund. I've advised them I will be filing a complaint as they should not get to keep my money for a service that was not provided.

Mr. *** purchased a reserved parking spot at our tailgate party and that pass was supplied. While the lot does sell out to the public, reserved spots are held for the purchaser. Event USA is open on game days until 30 min after kickoff which for this game was until 8 pm since the game started at 7:30. Mr. *** knew our hours as he had picked up his passes that day. Had Mr. *** either contacted our office or our staff at the tailgate party then we would have rectified the situation immediately, however we did not know that there was an issue. When Mr. *** did contact us he asked for a refund which we agreed to but needed his unused parking pass back. Mr. *** informed us that he no longer had it. We take customer service very seriously but unfortunately there are times when we cannot predict potential issues. This was such a case, had Mr. *** called our office then this could have been avoided. However, without the opportunity to correct the issue and without the unused parking pass we are not willing to refund Mr. ***'s parking pass as we are still obligated to pay for it.

This is a company with absolutely NO moral compass. They'll tell you anything to get you to buy and then they're nowhere to be found when it comes to fulfilling on the back end. The owner and president is a scam artist who has a complete lack of professionalism and doesn't seem to have the slightest bit of reverence for customer service. I bought $30,000 worth of merchandise from this company and was treated like I was a bother to them. Will never work with them again.
