Client signed up for document preparation services for a student loan consolidation and made payments for fees to company for services that needed to be provided. To whom it may concern, Andrea reached out to ASLC on 6/**/2015 needing advice regarding her federal student loans due to them being in deferment and notknowing her options. Our representative spent about an hour on the phone withAndrea going over her situation and explaining the repayment...

options that shequalifies for. ASLC then prepared the necessary documents to consolidate Andrea’s5 loans into one loan and a comfortable repayment plan. For the service, Andreahas paid a fee that was explained to her and that she agreed to. As a courtesy,ASLC has issued Andrea a refund.  Alex M[redacted]Director

[redacted] signed up for a document preparation service on 11/**/2015. She was advised on the initial call that we are a private company who helps with document preparation on federal student loans. She made two payments of $182.25. The work was completed and her file was submitted to the Department...

of Education to process her re-payment change into a plan she chose on 12/**/2015. On 12/**/2015 she requested a refund and filed a complaint. She has been refunded in full even though work was completed.
