At this time, I have been contacted directly by Black Opal regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

 I've contacted Black Opal Cosmetics twice on social media  (through Instagram's DM method) and informed them that I still haven't received my missing Total Coverage Concealer. I was informed by a rep that it would be mailed out on that Monday  (the convo happened on a Friday I believe) but as of today, August *, 2016, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY missing product. These convos took place in mid to late July. Can someone please contact them again? At this point, I don't know what else to do. It's not even about the money anymore, it's the principle.
