Review: This review is based on my second visit to Evelina Beauty Salon, however it is tied to the first visit made possible with a groupon.After my first visit, decent haircut, I received a lifetime $20 haircut VIP card to apparently avoid printing groupons. [redacted] put an expiry date on it but assured me that it would not expire.... whatever.My second visit became a nightmare at time of payment...It turned out that my awesome VIP card is expired and no longer valid. I only had limited funds on my credit card as it was a foreign card, but to avoid argument, I paid $27 for a simple cut and dry and specifically told [redacted] that because she is ripping me off and not acknowledging her VIP (I could have printed another groupon) I WILL NOT BE LEAVING A TIP. If I was to leave a tip it would have to be entered at time of payment into the machine.Time went by and I received a letter in the mail of NSF on my card and a $35 fee. After checking my account, it turned out that [redacted] charged my card $27, then 3 DAYS LATER $30 dollars (at which time caused the NSF) then refunded the $27, but it didn't affect the NSF as they already charged it.This is not only deceit, but FRAUD.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of:My NSF fee - $35Difference of $10 between what I was promised that I would pay for a lifetime of my haircuts and what I was charged (defrauded) in the end.Total: $45
