I need my house keys back both of them! I have told her I wanted them back and have asked her and she has not stated how to do so

My keys to be returned or her to buy me new ones
Keys are being returned via certified mail. We never refused to return the keys. This client kept giving bogus credit card information. Left the bill unpaid. We had every intention of returning keys and discontinuing services for this client.
Evansville Pet Sitters took care of my mom's min-pin, when due to dementia and frailty, she could no longer take her out regularly. EPSs inadvertently took care of my mom, too!!! Due to their kind, prompt attention, they helped her numerous times. When mom moved to the nursing home, they even visited her there!!!
These folks walk the walk and talk the talk of pure kindness, as we witnessed from them too many times to count!
