We apologize for the delay in getting the washer back up and running. Unfortunately, the part needed for the repair was on backorder. The repair was completed on Friday 9/and the unit is running fine according to *** Service, the factory service representative. Our customer
service manager, Ms*** *** spoke with the customer this morning to confirm the washer was indeed fixed and running fine. I also authorized extending the warranty for the customer by one year at "NO CHARGE". Our office is processing that paperwork and it will be mailed out to the customer later today

We exchanged the refrigerator first stop this morning. We confirmed with the drivers that all went OK and that the customer was satisfied.
