I had a place an order with this company on-lineAfter a week of not updates, I requested that my order be canceledIt has now been two weeks and my credit card has not be creditedI am emailed them numerous times and just receive back the same boiler plate email responseI opened a dispute with credit card company, to hopefully get my money back

I placed an order for a glider chair that was advertised for So I placed the order on 5/31/which was quickly taken from my accountThan I received a confirmation emailA few minutes later I received another email stating that they issued a credit since they no longer had the chairI was past 7-days before filling a claim with my card company which stated they will not come credit my accountSo I was charged for something that was never receivedI have tried emailing the company with no response or successI am frustrated and a single mother so is not just anythingI

I opened an account with this company I ordered a vacuum cleaner it posted as being sent on their website it said to days I never received it and after the first day I was unable to look to see the status or sign on to my account with them and have I been unable to contact them in anyway it's like they took my money deleted my account and won't let me contact them

I ordered a room air conditioner online and paid $and then I got an email saying they were out of stock and I'd get my refund backI ordered 6-18-and I've been calling to try and get refund but I've been hung up on transferred around where everyone said same thing they can't helpI just want what's owed to meI was told it'd be here weeks ago and it's been way longer then that now and still do not have it

I made a purchase on June this year for a smart tv and around the end of June they emaled me to say that there wasn't one in Stock and that it was miscommunication on their end so they said depending on my card that between 7-business days the money would be refunded to my card but I have made purchases online before and it's never taken more then to days to be back on my card And I can't get into their website anymore which is really interesting making me feel like I was robbed answer scammed out of my money and I am a cancer patient
