I am with an Export firm that deals with hundreds of vendors in the United States One of those companies was CC INTNL Dealing with CC INTNL is by far the worst experience I had over my year careerFrom little obnoxious things like $bank wire fees on their invoices or them trying to charge warehouse storage fees (despite the agreement not to)To serious things such as giving one shipping quote then letting you know the actual shipping cost was twice as much and you need cover itThey tried to charge 10% insurance on the shipments despite the agreement of 1% (standard rate that can be acquired by third party) Asking for 15% advanced payment for the goods (which is normal), only later to let you know that you need do 100% advanced payment (despite original agreement being different) Deliveries were never on time, about 20% of the order never got delivered and they insist on holding on to the payment for those goods, even though all the licences have long expired and its been nearly two yearsDealing with them was one headache after another, I can't wait for the day when our legal issues with the return of the payments provided for the undelivered goods are finally over, and I will never have to deal or think about them again
Was looking for a hard-to-find (at the time) rifle and found their website It wasn't in stock, but they could order it Sounded good, until they said I had to pay in full to order it Well, I learned my lesson A year later, I contacted them asking for an update They said it still hasn't arrived even though other businesses were getting them in stock Said I could get my money back - 25% penalty for canceling So I waited some more Approaching years now, I poke them to find out the status and emails go completely unanswered Tried calling them and the number is non-working All of their social media pages are offline, but their website is still taking orders If that's not fraud, then I don't know what is

From little obnoxious things like $75 bank wire fees on their invoices or them trying to charge warehouse storage fees (despite the agreement not to).
To serious things such as giving one shipping quote then letting you know the actual shipping cost was twice as much and you need cover it. They tried to charge 10% insurance on the shipments despite the agreement of 1% (standard rate that can be acquired by third party). Asking for 15% advanced payment for the goods (which is normal), only later to let you know that you need do 100% advanced payment (despite original agreement being different).
