THE COMPLAINTENT STATES THAT WE NEVER ISSUED A REFUND. WE ISSUED A REFUND ON 10/21/14. WE ADVISED HER THAT SOMETIMES IT TAKES 7 TO 10 DAYS TO PROCESS. SHE HAS NEVCER CONTACT US TO STATE SHE HAS NOT RECIEVED REFUND. I WILL CHECK ON REFUND AND IF NOT PROCESSED WILL CANCEL IT AND REFUND HER A CHECK AND MAIL IT TO [redacted]. I HOPE THIS RESOLVES THE ISSUES.
