On October seventeenth, twenty nineteen I paid Guy E of Evans and Associates, LLC seven hundred dollars to begin amending my two thousand fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, and eighteen tax returns. On November fifth, twenty nineteen Mr. Evans sent my documents to me via email,
stating he sent my forms electronically to the IRS. On the same day I made a final payment of twelve hundred and ten for
the completion of my amendments.

According to Mr. Evans I should be able to view my amendments on the IRS website after three weeks. I
checked several times but never saw my amendment. I tried to reach him on numerous occasions but
he never called me back. On December 18, 2019 I called the IRS and spoke with Operator ID. He confirmed that there was no amendment on file for me in reference to any of the
above listed tax years. I am filing this complaint in hopes that you can do something to assist me in
getting my money back. I am in no position to pay $1980 for a service that was not rendered. Thank
