Evangeline's Bistro and Music House

Evangeline's has received this complaint and we wish to respond to it.? Mr*** presented a $Gift Certificate for Evangeline's which had been given to our employees as a Christmas Bonus and to be used by employees only.? This is stated on the gift certificate.? The day prior to
the second use, Mr*** had partially used $of it at the bar and it was honored by the bartender.? This was an error on the bartender and we apologize for this.? The next day, Mr*** came to use the gift certificate again and was declined due to it was for employees use only.? We want to make this unfortunate situation right and want to provide Mr*** a regular gift certificate for Evangeline's in the amount of $for his use.? We regret what has happened and value Mr***' patronage at our restaurant.? If Mr*** would just come to our restaurant, there will be an envelope addressed to him with the $replacement gift certificate behind the bar.? His phone number will be on it and he will need to provide it to us for identification.? Thank? you

the second use, Mr. [redacted] had partially used $19 of it at the bar and it was honored by the bartender.  This was an error on the bartender and we apologize for this.  The next day, Mr. [redacted] came to use the gift certificate again and was declined due to it was for employees use only.  We want to make this unfortunate situation right and want to provide Mr. [redacted] a regular gift certificate for Evangeline's in the amount of $31 for his use.  We regret what has happened and value Mr. [redacted]' patronage at our restaurant.  If Mr. [redacted] would just come to our restaurant, there will be an envelope addressed to him with the $31 replacement gift certificate behind the bar.  His phone number will be on it and he will need to provide it to us for identification.  Thank  you.
