I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and while I think it is unprofessional and bad customer service for the vendor to have forced me to request a chargeback instead of just refunding me directly, as far as complaint #[redacted] is concerned, I don't see much point in continuing to pursue an admission of fault by the vendor. My credit card company provided excellent service and immediately processed the chargeback so there's not much else I could ask for from the vendor. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.

Hi,We are sorry there was a problem shipping the vacuum ordered. Due to the fact that the vacuum ordered was discounted by the manufacturer we issued a full refund back to the customers credit card. Thanks[redacted]
