I am rejecting this response because:
The only language that
was colorful was by the business owner (I have no control over what my father said)The business owner was the one to point fingers and threatSaying that I am lucky to have the counter in between himMy mom pointed a finger back and he pushed her hand out of the wayI felt threatened by this manNobody deserves to be treated like thisMocking my moms accent and calling my dad a drunkSaid we have minutes to get him cash since he wasn't accepting my cardOnce I came in with money to get this done he started apologizing and hugging my mom? The starter is no longer in the vehicle and was replacedSince it was faultyI just want to make other people aware that it seems like this business is dishonest and is just there to rip people offThat's all I said to the person from *** ***As for the bills that were copied that doesn't mean anythingAs far as documentation from there part there is also no proof of anything since they are in control of their own paperwork and there is no one to audit it to prove accuracyThey are bitter that we are fighting for what's rightI want nothing to do with this business.
