Review: We called for a chimney cleaning. When they came they only did an inspection and charged us $189. They told us we had had a serious "high heat event" and needed 11,000 or 12,000 to restore the problem. They suggested we call our insurance company so we could hire them to get the work done.

Our insurance adjuster came with his chimney expert and found no such issue. A camera was sent up the chimney as we watched. The expert declared that the chimney was dirty and needed cleaning but showed no evidence of the issue they wanted to repair.

We have called Eurotech 3 times and gotten a promise of a call back but no such returned call has been made.

We would like a refund for work not done.Desired Settlement: We do not trust this company to do work for us now. Our chimney still needs cleaning and we will need to get someone else to do this work.

Refund is our desired outcome and would rather they make it happen than going through Visa. We will stop payment with Visa if we can not get a response through the Revdex.com
