Review: Grout keeps coming up in an area of the tile floor laid by the contractor. Contractor has replaced grout on at least 3 occasions. Problem persists and we are unable to get contractor to come in and fix the issue despite numerous calls and visits to showroom.Desired Settlement: Fix the tile floor to prevent grout from lifting
