This was the second time In the past few months that I was not satisfied with a service that I received ,there was no accommodations ,credits made to my account ,free services or someone assigned to touch up or try to fix the problem . My case was ignored then and Is now. No one called when I was promised a phone call by a manager . I have never received . I let that go ,but not this one I will not . They said they were short on staff and that the old manager walked out on them ,then they said the system was down ,then they said they needed to do payroll ,then they said they were too busy and will call in a few weeks . Maybe after the holidays. It’s been days, since my last visit ,my skin was slightly burned and a small spot was ripped off with the wax about an inch long , the small wound remained open and raw it dealt bruised and was burning and bleeding on and off throughout the rest of the night . She never apologized or offered to clean it apply any *** or topical medicine , all she said was excuse me your bleeding . I said what do you mean did I get my menstruation? She said no you’re bleeding and she just patted it with a *** tissue and showed it to me . Saying I must not be moisturizing my skin and maybe its dry she applied powder before wax that’s drying ? She didn’t offer to clean it with soap and water asked me if I wanted a Band-Aid or *** or *** or anything to stop the bleeding I just left a tissue over it . It’s very disappointing.
