Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We did not purchase an RV with your company due to the illegal activity you were trying to have us conduct.

Boat-N-RV Warehouse spoke to this customer on Friday, after reviewing his past ROs, and informed him we would not be refunding his money. When our customer was in store for service in July, he was given 4.5 hours worth of labor alone for free, as he had several issues addressed. Also, the part...

he's referring to was the exact part we took out, however it was a different color because the vendor discontinued the production of it 3 years ago and off white was the only color available. The customer was never charged for the part our tech installed,  therefore again he received free goods/services. The money he's requesting to have refundeded was for an hour of diagnostic time, which is significantly less than the tech had in the job, which was 5.5 hours. I feel we've gone above and beyond for this customer, considering the fact that the unit is well outside of it's warranty coverage.
