1) After reviewing the information supplied I would like to state that the person listed in this complaint is not the Legal owner of this vehicle. this came to pass when we received this complaint and the lack of communication between the parties? We contacted Sequim police department to...

verify ownership and The vehicle is not legally owned by any parties involved.
2) I have reviewed the complaint and invoices, This repair can to pass by someone attempting to install a car stereo (obviously not in a professional manner) They Used a very large drill bit and drilled behind the Fuse block/relay panel at the firewall location at the base of the "A" pillar-once doing so they drilled through the Main body control wiring harness-The vehicle was towed in and they customer was told it would be a minimum of 4 hours to start and due to the unforeseen nature of this repair it could be more, he responded O.K. we need to get this car running. the damage was extensively worse that originally agreed upon, Mr [redacted] (the person that brought the vehicle in for repairs) was contacted several times and voice mails left no return calls?
3. We then started receiving calls from a Lady (the on listed on this complaint) asking if her car was ready and could be picked up-We (European Autowerks) replied yes and the bill was ex amount-she wanted to pick up the vehicle with paying? After my Personal review on the complaint and information  (Scott R[redacted] President European Autowerks) I inquired for the vehicle registration-no registration was in vehicle and other repair invoice were in other peoples name? I contacted the Sequim police department to verify ownership-They did in fact verify ownership and told us that the Legal owner was not any of the people listed?
4) I told my service manager to adjust the bill even though we were originally correct in our estimate just to get the car out of here, when we attempted to contact the customer listed on the repair order the phone # listed had been disconnected?
We contacted the Police department on 10/26/2015 received their reply on 10/27/2015
we have not been contacted by the legal owner or any parties involved as of this date 11/02/2015 our only option at this point is to have the vehicle impounded as we Do not have long term storage at this facility
