I was given a quote over the phone of $which I agreed toI was NEVER informed of the quote of $before the work was done, although I would have agreed to it if it had been presented before the work was done
When I came to pick up the car I was presented a bill of $which they refused to change, saying that they had miscalculated the quote but I should pay it anyway, since the work was doneI was unwilling to pay almost $more than the quote I received before the work was done, especially since this was the first time I had done business with them
After I filed the complaint with you they called me and asked what I would accept in compromise and I said I would split the difference with them, which resulted in me paying $instead of $but more than the amount initially quoted to me, which was $

The original quote of $1,500 was just a ball park number. After detailed analysis amount of $2,000 dollars came back which customer agreed to pay. However, the $2,000 quote was incorrect due to calculation error. The right amount for the job...
was $2,400, to which customer objected and I did not charge him $2,400 but the agreed amount of $2,000 instead. And the customer still filed a complaint, which is not fair as I lost money on the deal to keep him happy. Please reconsider your rating. I was given a quote over the phone of $1500.00 which I agreed to. I was NEVER informed of the quote of $2000.00 before the work was done, although I would have agreed to it if it had been presented before the work was done.
