there on internet and customer can not make reservation by using http://sfeuropahotel.com website, we only do business with booking.com, expedia.com and offers same or better price we have out on the website for our walking guest.
we charged the guest, what every one else was paying for the room

The website I looked up at the hotel twice and they told me that was the prices, I was charged double both times this year 2015. If the website is wrong, old, disabled since 2013, they should inform their staff as I looked it up while checking in and they DID NOT dispute the website being theirs currently.
I want a refund.
