Review: I have purchased new kitchen cabinets, backsplash and countertop from Euroline. Everything was delivered weeks later than scheduled. Some items were damaged. The remaining issue is damaged countertop, which was delivered and installed. The store sent a repair guy who was supposed to fix the issue. However, he was not able to and confirm that the new countertop needs to be installed. I am trying to resolve this issue for over 3 weeks. The owner of the company[redacted] told me on 7/14/14 that he is going to stop by my house to see the issue and then most likely order a new countertop. However, he never showed up and does not return my calls. The original delivery and installation date was scheduled for 6/1/14. Now, almost 2 months later, I am still dealing with the issues.

Overall, kitchen quality was much lower than promised. Installation process was unprofessional, to say the least. Deliveries were not done on time. Purely the worst service you can imagine. And now I am left with damaged countertop.Desired Settlement: Countertop has to be replaced. Sink and faucet have to be removed from the old and then re-installed to the new countertop. Also, I request 20% discount from the total price for all delays, low quality and inconvenience.
