I am rejecting this response because:I am not going to close the complaint until I receive the refund.Per their last response, my refund is $899, and their "business manager" had informed me that my refund was "only like $100" (and then never responded to my email to process refund)I hope that this does not happen again to other people who are owed moneyAdditionally an explanation or apology would be nice

Complaint Information: As of 10/6/2015 a refund of $899 has been processed through Audi Lease Wear and Tear administration. Their policy is that a check will be cut in 10-14 days from the day of initial processing. That check will come to Audi of Wallingford (Euro Performance Cars, Inc). We will process Ms [redacted]'s refund check as quickly as we can. Thank You

Review: Trying to get hartford mitsubishi to get there hands out of there Pockets and get the car I bought 7 weeks agoFinished without corporate saying lets wait Another 2 weeks to let the dealership order the parts neededDesired Settlement: I purchased a used car on 10/4/201336 hours later motor went.So they order a new one. Installed in about 5 weeks Then new motor has a new oil leak And they needed to order another one. But corporate America is pulling there tricks Allowing the motor to be ordered. So 12 days on top of the 6 weeks I still have no car and no final answer when I get one back..Please help. They need a fire under there [redacted].

This is in response to complaint # [redacted], we sold a 2010 [redacted] Lancer to [redacted] / [redacted]. The car had a engine failure of a piston rod going through the engine block. We replaced the engine assembly and cylinder head and returned the car to the customer on 12/111/13.
Enclosed is a copy of the repair invoice.
