I ordered 4 car tires and have not received them order #

I never received my item. Ups has it delivered to a wrong address in another town. I think this is fraud. PayPal said as long as they have a tracking number and it was delivered there’s nothing they can do. I cannot get in touch with the company, emails and phone numbers invalid or not answered. I have a confirmed address n PayPal so this makes no sense. My item should weigh 12+ pounds, the ups site says the package that was sent was only 5 pounds and it came from a lighting company in PA. I was scammed

I purchased a product through their online store with my pay-pal account. The company gave pay-pal an incorrect tracking number. I have been unable to communicate with this company. The phone number, email address and all of the social medial links do not work. I have tried several times to email this company and call, but to no avail.
