I’ve been out of town and trying to sort out what my mail
I have sent claims to the airlines, our reservation provider ( Amadeus) and our help desk. In the travel business it is quite hard to get a “quick” resolution
When this started I know that the airlines said there was no ticket,
however, there were tickets and airlines would not print them. At that point *** and her family paid for the tickets from Portland to Boston. After spending + hours on the phone with Alaska Airlines and Aer Lingus there was no resolution
At that time I issued new tickets with my own personal money which totaled almost $9000. I wanted *** and her family to be able to get to Ireland and have the trip they wanted.
I’m still trying to facilitate the refund to Lucy, but, things in this industry to not happen quickly

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:As I have stated many times, our contract was with Eugene Tour and Travel. We wish for them to refund our money, then they can wait for the response from whomever they had a contract with. We paid for our tickets Nov 2014. We had to buy new tickets June 2015. We feel that is ample time for Eugene Tour and Travel to honor our contract and refund our money. We didn't do anything wrong and we do not want to wait for the "travel industry" to get around to getting us our money back. We do not wish to wait any longer for our money to be refunded.
