Went to this business on 3/6/2020. Inquired about shirts for a cruise for the week of March 23, 2020.
I ordered 4 t shirts and paid $87.60 by debit card and was assured the shirts would be ready in a week, Cruise has been cancelled and we still have no shirts. The first time I went to get shirts I was told that the white lettering was not in and he went to Columbus to purchase but he states he was not allowed in the store because this was the beginning of the Covid 19. The items he needed would be shipped to the store. I have been to the business over 7 times to get merchandise still not ready.
I went back to the business and now they are unable to find the shirts. I was told to come back. This same day I called back and was told that we are waiting on someone that works in the store to call and tell then where shirts were at and that someone would contact me. No one has called me to say anything. On April 14th I went to get shirts and they still cannot find shirts and whoever the contact person is that he is calling is still not answering the phone. I was told they would go ahead and issue a credit back to the card and I would be given. Today is May 1st and I have not received a credit. And honestly do not want the shirts at this point.
