At this time, I have been contacted directly by EUDM Autosports Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

 They contacted me on face book and still did not offer a solution to this problem they contrite to believe it...

is not a problem of theirs but of mines even though they sold me the faulty tire. I suggested they pay for the new tire and take the cost up with whom ever THEY purchased the tire from in good faith. NO RESPONSE
