Disrespectful towards me and my issue wasn't resolved

Review: I went to this company Monday September the 12th. While I was the I purchased a tire for my truck. I paid $130 for the tire. I took it home so that I could get it put on and but was informed that this was a recap tire and also shown how to tell. At Eubank I was never told that this tire was a recapped tire. So I call back up there to speak to an employee about this matter and he stated to me that his general manager was there and I could speak to him. The manager did get on the phone and I told him what happened and how I wasn't told about this tire. The only thing that he continue to twlle was that we don't do warranty on tires. But on there receipt's it does not say anything on there about tires, just electronic's.My wife called up there as well and when she called up the the manager was rude and told her that there is no one above him and the he is the general and regional manger so there is no one else she can contact.Desired Settlement: I would just like a full refund
