Review: ETS owns [redacted] testing centers. [redacted] and ETS have failed to provide testing results after months of studying for the state insurance exams. Upon completion of the exam in [redacted] the administrator was not able to provide my results because she stated she "did not know how to work the printer". I was forced to leave the facility. It is one week after the exam and I have no received a call or any results. No one answers their phones. I have spent several hours on hold.Desired Settlement: Provide test results
