We had a very negative experience with this company. Our upstairs heating system was not working correctly and we requested an appointment to come and assess the problem. The company called us almost a dozen times in the days preceding the appointment requesting credit card information and informed us that it would be $100 to come and diagnose the problem. The service tech that showed up did not seem to know what he was doing, he had to call his boss to ask him what might be the issue and made several "guesses" as to what the problem might be be. He then offered to adjust the heat vents to see if that would help increase the temperature. He did not make us aware that him simply opening and closing the vents would result in an additional $50 charge. He told us that our heat relay needed to be replaced and that he did not know how much it would be or what that would involve but that his "boss would call us with an estimate." Well...they never called and $162 later we still have non-working heat in our upstairs. This company only seemed interested in hitting us with the initial fee and collecting our money and did not fix our heat. We will now have to call a different company and start over. Very unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone else.
