I began using eToro to trade cryptocurrency on March 23 after depositing money by April 2nd eToro would refuse to allow me to withdraw my deposited money. Everyday their customer service department says we will have finance take care of it today due to the Coronavirus we have to many cases to handle but they were able to do this to my account 1 second after I received an email that they would freeze my account and all they say is, "Thank you for bearing with us while we continue to review your case" what case is there its my money I'm depositing it into the same account I deposited it from. I'm trying to withdraw my money from my etoro account but unfortunately the bank I used to fund my account is now closed. I'm currently in *** because of this issue and cannot open a new bank account. I've been asking etoro now for a week to issue me a check for the full balance of my withdrawal but they refuse to help me and keep telling me I need a valid US bank account in my name to receive a wire. But that isnt possible given my situation. I need them to issue me a check or they will try and keep my money forever.
