Etna Interactive

Review: In April of 2013 I engaged Etna Interactive and signed a contract for their services. Etna was to redesign a website for my medical practice, create a responsive mobile website, provide search engine optimization and provide marketing support. I paid Etna a total of $54,311.00 for these services. In September of 2013, citing creative differences, Etna decided to discontinue our relationship. Unfortunately, Etna had not yet made the site live. Hence, I paid $54,311.00 for non-working site. Despite my verbal and written pleas for Etna to take to take the site live, they refused. I then had to find and pay another website vendor to take the site live. This was a difficult process because they did not deliver a functional website they elected to return just $6150.00. I respectfully request that Etna refund the entire amount I paid for the site because a functional site, as contracted, was not provided.Desired Settlement: I request that Etna provide a refund of $48,161.00. All monies paid by me to Etna were for services based on and including the completion of a functional website. Since Etna never provided a working website, all fees should be refunded.
