Subject: Re: Revdex.com COMPLAINT # [redacted] VS CLICK FUNNELSHello ***Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this complaint received (# [redacted] VS CLICK FUNNELS).I just got off the phone with [redacted] and we were able to come together and find these charges she referenced in the complaintThere was one account under [redacted] in which was the one that was cancelled back on 10/2/however, there were no charges associated with this accountWe found that there was a second account that she didn't recall creating under [redacted] that was in fact associated with the chargesShe wrote into support a couple times regarding these charges and when we would ask her for more info she would never respondI refunded the charges for her and I cancelled that account out as wellI also asked that she reach out to you to retract her complaint as there was no malicious intent on our side and simply a duplicate account under alternate information.Thank you for your time!

She wrote into support a couple times regarding these charges and when we would ask her for more info she would never respond. I refunded the charges for her and I cancelled that account out as well.
