We paid this company $12,500 to have our pool deck resurfaced. The three weeks job turn into a four month's disaster! I have literally begged this guy for over a year to return...look at it.. discuss the problem with me! He kept texting that he intended to fix it, until I sent pictures. The last I heard from him he said he had talked with his attorney... He does not answer my messages nor telephone calls!

My husband and I are in our eighties... much too old to deal with problems as this! We wanted the pool nice for our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren to enjoy when they
visit us.
Our pool deck is cracking, water stands in dips (He told my husband (quote)"this was a birdbath, but I'll fix it"); also, the paint does not cover well. The pool decking actually looks worse than before he started.
We hate to spend more money on this project but definitely want to ensure no one else makes the same mistake we did by hiring this smooth talking guy. He was highly recommended by a pool company and a paint company,
mainly because he supported their business!
The company kept putting us on the back burner while doing other jobs, as well. He would stay a short while and leave. His helper said he took on too many jobs at once... He left all outdoor furniture sitting under pine trees for months. I repainted, trying to save them.
