Staying at Hotel in Billings, MT for almost 10 weeks and have at least another 8 here, Called IT throughout stay to have all my electronic devices connected to Hotel wifi, I called to get one connected that had already been connected a week prior, I spoke with 2 different gentleman on 4 separate phone calls who refused to tell me their names. For some reason they couldn't find my device which I had provided IP/MAC addresses for. His response was, "well I can't find it, too bad" I told him that I'm not getting off the phone until its reconnected, "well that could take a while" I told him I have all day, "you have two minutes left on this call before I hang up" I told him again not getting off the phone until resolved, and I would like to speak with his superviser, then he immediatley hung up on me. Called back, different gentleman, I told him I was just hung up on by the gentleman sitting next to him, and I want to speak with the superviser, he asked me if I know his name, I said no because you both refuse to give me your names, he then immediatley hung up on me. I called back and got the same individual that just hung up on me, I told him I'm tired of being hung up on and I want the superviser, immediatley hung up on me again. I called again and got the first gentleman that hung up on me, I said this is James again, his reponse, "James from Billings" with extreme facetious tone, I said yes now let me speak to your superviser, still refusing to tell me either of their names, his reponse "Im the highest ranking individual that works here so your out of luck, then continues to talk over me and hangs up. I am extremely insulted by the repeated discrimination and lack of any assitance at all.
