EtherSpeak Incorporated

Almost every day I have to notify EtherSpeak's customer service because the service they are supposed to provide us is not working. There are days we are not receiving or able to send out faxes for many hours (4+)...this halts our business. We rely on faxing as one of our main forms of communication. We have only been a customer for about 6 months and I am already looking for a different provider. I have tried to be patient but this has been a horrible experience with this company. There is no monitoring of services...no alerts that servers are not working, nothing -- I have to monitor it every single business day - even when I am out of town on business or on vacation. I feel like they are in over their heads and are just flying by the seat of their pants. I would NEVER recommend this company-ever for any type of fax service!!! And the best is - they don't seem to care. They have done nothing to rectify the problem...they seem to be ok with us notifying them when THEIR services are not working.
