To whom it may concern,I would like to refute the complaint made against Green Light Limousine Service IncThe complainant stated he was substantially overcharged for the service we provided from *** *** ** *** ***to *** **on 3/20/ This is in fact not the case
Please see the attached documentIn it you will find quotes from four different limousine companies, two located in the Boston area, and two located in the state of Connecticut. Your complainant states the normal/ average price he has paid for this itinerary previously is $We have never serviced this client with this itinerary before, so I don't know where he can make that statement As you can see from the attachment, this is clearly not the case, as all four quotes are above $for this itinerary. Our charges for the trip that were taken were $386.40, slightly higher than the four independent quotes we received from other limousine companies. I also would ask to see a previous receipt from the complainant showing where he paid ANY limousine company $total for this tripI don't believe this can be produced by him.Additionally, the client claims he was not given the price in advance when his sons called to make the reservationOur inbound reservation center takes hundreds of reservations per dayUnless specifically asked for a rate, the reservation is accepted by the agent and pricing is not discussedThe email confirmation should have had the price on it, I am not sure why the complainant's email confirmation does not show the price of $ Our system shoes an email confirmation was sent with pricing informationHis assumption that we took advantage of his son who called in the reservation is preposterous, as that is the system generated rate for that itinerary.
