Eternity Cardboard Caskets

I ordered a cardboard coffin from EternityWhen I got it, I found it to be the most horrible box everThe material is very cheap, and tears very easilyHowever, MrLew told me that I was the problem, and not followed the directions properlyI had to try and use so much tape in this box while trying to put it togetherWhen attempting to place the tabs into their slots, the tabs would just tear apart and I had to tape them just to insert them into their slotsAnd when trying to connect the tabs for the coffin tops ( pieces), they also just broke apart, as well as the pieces on the back of the coffinAgain, I had to try and use tape to fix this But it got to the point that I realized that I had gotten a very poorly made box ! I have photos of the torn box, but am not able to upload them for your reviewWhen I contacted [redacted] regarding this cheaply made box, and that I wanted to return it for a full refund, he told me he was a small company, and would only refund me $
