Purchased item on 4/14 online states during pandemic item will be 7-14 days shipping. I have been reaching out via email which is one of the problems. I have yet to get a shipping date of product just that it's been worked on. I have asked for a phone number to speak with someone because I'm not sure what's going on. On 6/19 I finally spoke with someone by name of *** who stated that if I didn't get a tracking number by Thursday 6/25 I would be issued a full refund no fees refund amount *** I didn't receive a tracking number I have also emailed and called the number several times and no answers. I'm very concerned that this isn't a legit business as I haven't been able to get my product or refund. When I asked for the owner information I was given fatemalukman llc I haven't been able to find anything.
Refund Need full refund I haven't received any customer service in this matter just unanswered phone calls and unreturned emails.
Finally heard from them on Friday after I filed complaint Received item Today. Still want this to be noted as their customer service and handling process needs a lot of work. Will not be doing business with them anymore.
